What Teeme Is

Teeme is an AI team governance platform. It is not an agent framework, a workflow builder, or a chatbot wrapper. It's the layer you put on top of your agents to give them org charts, approval workflows, budget limits, and an audit trail.

The underlying runtime is OpenClaw — a production-proven agent engine running 8 agents at Inscape Interiors in Luxembourg, handling around 1,000 tasks per month at a ~37€ monthly LLM cost. Teeme is that runtime, packaged for teams.

What's Shipping Today

Unlimited Agents on Every Tier

Every Teeme tier — including the free self-hosted plan — supports unlimited agents. There is no per-agent pricing. You pay for the tier, not for scale.

This is a deliberate differentiator. Most governance platforms charge per agent or per "seat." That pricing model punishes you for building the right system — one where every domain has its own agent instead of one overloaded assistant trying to do everything.

15+ Native Channels

Agents don't live in a dashboard. They live where your team communicates. Teeme ships with native integrations for Discord, Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, email, and more.

Each channel gets a dedicated bot token and a configurable posting policy. Agents can post summaries, proposals, and alerts to the right channel — the finance agent posts to #finance-ops, the client agent posts to #client-comms, and so on.

Pre-Built Vertical Teams

For six industries, we've already done the agent design work:

Self-Hosted Free Tier

The core runtime is open source under MIT. Self-hosted Teeme is free, forever. You bring your own LLM keys, your own server, and your own channels.

The commercial tiers are for teams that want managed hosting, priority support, and the vertical pre-built teams.

EU AI Act Compliance Path via ARCA

EU AI Act enforcement begins August 2, 2026. Organizations deploying AI systems in the EU will need to document decisions, track outputs, and demonstrate oversight. Fines reach 35M EUR or 7% of global turnover.

Teeme's governance layer — the audit trail, the proposal system, the cost tracking — is the foundation of compliance. For teams that need the full certification path, we've partnered with ARCA (arca.io), a Luxembourg-based EU AI Act compliance SaaS built by the same team. The integration ships as an add-on.
